Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided you have not availed our call for the advice. Contact our customer support team immediately to initiate the cancellation process.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable if the cancellation request is made within the stipulated timeframe and the advice has not been availed. Refunds are not applicable once the advice has been given.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the funds, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method or sent to you via ETransfer.

Shipping Costs:

There is not Shipping Cost as this is Advice only and there is No Physical Product being sold.
